If you have root explorer, open it up and navigate to:
1. /system/data/local/tmp and delete the rageagainstthecage file.
2. navigate to /system/app and delete Superuser.apk
3. navigate to /system/bin and deleate su and busybox
4. reboot the phone and you are no longer rooted.

I rooted using Z4root

I know nothing about Linux

Is root explorer better than Super manager?

Is there a tut on root explorer or managers?

Thanks

The instructions above will UNROOT your phone. I got them from this link a sticky at top of this forum.
http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-2-hacks/80080-much-simpler-guide-rooting-no-pc-required.html

The unroot instructions are at the bottom of the OP under, "* EDIT: Undoing the damage, if you decide to unroot." Only difference is he is using the emulator and you have to type in a the mount and unmount commands in the emulator, which I hate to do.

So I use Root Explorer, where all you need to do is hit the "Mount RW" button at the top left of the window. Then navigate to the folders in question,

1. touch the "home button"
2. choose Multi-select
3. touch the programs you want to delete which will put a green check mark in the box to the right side
4. hit the delete button
5. hit the yes button to confirm.

To me that is easier than using the emulator.

I do not know what you are asking. There is a superuser.apx but not a super manager that I am aware of. The question should be, "Is there Root explorer better than Terminal Emulator." The answer is that they are both tools you use that can do some of the same tasks, like moving files around, deleting files etc. but with the Terminal Emulator you use Linux commands.

I do not have the links but if you Google you should find many You Tube vids to help you.
