Try this? https://market.android.com/details?id=mobi.infolife.eraser&hl=en. I have no idea if it works on Gnex, but may be worth a try.

This doesn't work to delete the frequently called log. I used frequent caller remover when I first got my SGN but it stopped working. The history eraser is good for everything else though.
