Deleted data instead of cache

I know...I'm a dumbass...
I deleted data in every app on my droid x2
I think I know the answer, but you guys are definitely more intelligent than I..
so maybe, just maybe, there is a way to get my stuff back.

I am especially concerned about CamScanner ..

things I scanned into phone but did not back up..

while on subject of backing up data, how exactly do I do this on my droid x2?

Regarding CamScanner, I believe all of the scanned images and generated PDFs are stored on the SD card, but the index for them is stored elsewhere. Assuming they are still there, you should just be able to copy them. To get them back into CamScanner, you may be able to "scan" the existing images (as opposed to taking new snapshots).
