Deleted calender events don't sync.

Greetings all. I use the google calendar sync on my DROID x2 all the time, and it generally works great. Events I create on the phone show up on my google calendar on the pc, and vice versa. The problem comes when I delete an item through the phone the event is still on the calendar when I view it on the PC. Any thoughts?
