Dark Edge theme From Team Chaos

I am carrying a rooted European Milestone android 2.1
I saw the Dark Edge theme - in my opinion the best i have seen...

Can i install this rom on my European device...?

I screwed my device badly more then once The good thing - learned a lot form that.

So i am just making sure....
