D2G randomly keys on keyboard stop working until reboot of device

I recently upgraded my Original Droid to a D2G and I love the updates and fixes to this device, but once a day or every other day, a few keys on my keyboard will stop working until I reboot (primarily the C button always seems to be a headache)

Do I have faulty hardware or is it a software bug that I can fix?

Have you rooted/rommed/hacked/etc anything? If not... Its most likely faulty hardware. Take it back to Verizon ASAP to exchange, if it is faulty, take it in in the faulty state then if you can replicate the issue, do so for them. They will switch you out if you are under warranty.

The reboot fix makes it sound like a software issue, so do a factory reset (if you haven't hacked/modded/rommed/rooted/etc). That could fix you up.
