D1 to D2? or wait.

I have a Droid 1 and love it! I have an upgrade available to me now. I was taking in consideration to get the Droid 2. If you were me would you wait on maybe a Droid 3 that will come soon?

I was a D1 user and moved to the D2 through warrenty replacment issues. I'd say stick with the D1 especially if your into rooting and trying differnt roms out. It's way easier without the locked down bootloader and with dual core phones on the horizon you'll probably be better off waiting for one of them.

D1 is way more root friendly, though if you're stock I'd say go with the d2.

Have you tried the D2? Have you considered any other phone yet?

I recommend you go to the store and try out the different phones available.

Ya, I haven't heard anything too great about the D2. I would say at least get an X or just wait for something cooler to come out in the future.

Well I'm a big fan of the slide keyboard. I don't really like only touch and a huge screen like the X. I just thought the D2 would just be a upgrade in speed and battery from my D1

in all honestly there isn't all that much of a difference in speed between the two.
