Charger Problems.

I just got my Incredible today and just went to charge it up. I went to plug it in, and the charger doesnt fit into the side of the phone. I dont know if im doing something (stupidly) wrong or if they are naturally tight and you have to force it a little...I'm at a loss and dont want to break the phone ive only had for a few hours...

Any help?

The plug will only go in one way. This is just something you may need to get a feel for, if you really have trouble go to a Verizon store and let them help you.

Thanks! everyone will probably get a good laugh at this but i was putting it in upside down.....lol :blink: Well thats my "feel really stupid" moment of the day.

Dont want to start a new thread so ill post this in here:
I just tried to send a text message and it wont send, tried multiple times and to a few different people. it comes up and says: SMS Error: Network Problems.

Is the phone properly activated? Try making a phone call.
