Charge only when plugging in?

Someone mentioned you could make it so it is 'charge only' when you plug into your computer. I just went through every setting that made any sense and couldn't figure out where that option is at... let me guess, I'm blind?

when else would it charge? Maybe i dont understand

I believe when you plug in via USB and pull down the notification panel there will be a sync/mass storage/charge only/ option, and maybe one more...choose charge only

That was it thanks. I went through every dang option in the setting and couldn't find it.
