Undoing the "Charge Only" setting on the Droid 2 Global

When I originally was pluging my phone into my computer it would give me several options: Acess the sim card or charge only and others. I only wanted to charge at the time so I clicked on "Charge Only". Now I am guessing that is the default setting and can not figure out how to change it back so I can access my sim card with my computer.

I have tried plugging the phone into several computers and none of them recognize that the phone is there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you plug it in your computer, there should be a notification you can pull down and change.

The problem is that when I plug the phone into any computer the usb icon does not show up, therefore I cannot change the settings that way.

Is there some other way to access that setting?
