cell tracking

Hi, I'm new to this and completely clueless. I bought an HTC incredible android. I've attempted to to install a cell tracker on my phone; tracking someone elses phone. I changed the jar. files to apk files and installed but the thing still doesn't open. Their tech support was no help. Don't know if they sold me junk or what I'M doing, please help, I need to get some peace of mind

Not sure but I feel sorry for anybody that has to use a cell tracker.

Proud of my bloated D3, I don't miss unstable roms on my D1 at all!

Seems others have run into a similar issue. If it makes enough sense, you can try what was suggested here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4346924/how-can-i-convert-a-jar-file-into-apk-format

When I first read the post, my thoughts were that you'd been given source files, in which the best case would be to find an apk compiler and make the file that way.
