files wont open

Hi, I installed a cell tracking software to my phone, all I can find is the pics in my photo gallery, changed the .jar files to apk files, didnt work. need to get this stuff running and I dont know what im doing . The so called customer service wont help. Ready to pull out my hair, thanks
