Droid X - Gallery won't open.....

Hello, all.....
My Droid X had developed an odd problem. When I try to open "Gallery" to view photos, the screen kicks back to the regular desktop (menu) screen.

I can play the music on my SD card, and can read files on the card, by going into "Files" or any other File Manager application. I can also view photos with Astro....It's just Gallery that will not open.

Any suggestions?

i have the same problem. Using darkslide 4.2 rom.

I had that problem rooted running stock os and after I installed dark slide it fixed it... Maybe reinstall your rom?
