Can't load Rhombusoft Wallet Pro from my old phone

I had a first generation Droid, and she served me very well and is still limping along. I upgraded to a Droid Bionic, and I love it the only issue I having is I can't get my backed up files to load into my bionic, can't figure it out............any help would be great.
