Cant get clockwork mod to boot recovery

Trying to flash a new rom (never done it) and when i use Rom Manager to download and try to install rom, it downloads then I click the boxes and try to reboot and nothing. Will reboot then shows recovery for like a second and then just boots up normal. I need help or I'm done with this crap.

You need.to bootstrap recovery with koush's app find it on th e market
