Can't add Pic to 1 Contact

I had a problem when Verizon transferred my numbers over, so I deleted this contact and re-added it. Now when I go to add a contact picture from Backgrounds, it doesn't even recognize his name on the phone list. Everyone else is listed in BAckgrounds set contact but that one.

Any thoughts? I tried adding him again and it would not recognize anything new. I dumped Background and reinstalled it and still nothing!
