I am currently using an X2 on Page Plus. I would like like to get a Razr and I know it has to be flashed to work on PP. If I buy a used Razr and it doesn't have Jelly Bean, can I update it via wifi or does it have to be updated via a mobile data connection, i.e., via Verizon?
