Can not install system appear. Social messaging and 4 others

I can not install social messaging and a few other stock apps. I removed them via titanium backup and have 4 backups saved. None will allow me to re install. I also have the actual app from a system dump.and it will not install. Any ideas. I have tried everything I can think of. Can't figure out why it will not install if I have actual apk
