That's not entirely accurate, I don't think.

But hopefully more and more players just ignore the kangaroo arbitration process and take the NFL to court. Goodell is an incompetent buffoon making ridiculous money given his talent and ability.

Richard Sherman. Aquited in third party arbitration just prior to court. Ray Rice. Penalty reduced. Adrian Peterson penalty reduced. I cannot think of any that were upheld.
