Bluetooth still does not work since last update

I have read all of the forums, tried all of the "solutions" and honestly am at a loss.

I have the Droid4, and a Plantronics Bluetooth. everything was working perfectly until the last update. Now when I touch the bluetooth to make a call I either get nothing, or I get "google voice" and it doesn't recognize anything I say.

I am able to use my bluetooth if I go into the phone and manually select the individual I want to call, then select blootooth, but that defeats the purpose of the bluetooth.

I have disabled Google Search, I have deleted my blootooth and re added it, I have turned off the phone and rebooted ... I give up!

Can anyone help me please.

FYI - I tried http://dl.papktop.com/2012/12/Google...2_9_542574.apk (from a previous post) and received an error to the link. "access denied error"
