Bionic photos only 408 x 230

My Bionic camera is set to 6 MP and 720p High Definition resolution: but when I transfer the pictures to my computer, they show properties of 408 x 230 pixels, and about 25kbytes per image. What could be wrong? It must be something in the transfer process; the picture property on the Droid is 6 MP and about 1.5 megabytes each.

I am, but they only appear in a subfolder called .thumbnails - which I guess is why they are so small. Now I have to find where it's storing the real photos...

Ah! Found them. I was looking in removable drive L: which has almost everything; but there is another drive M: which has another DCIM, with the full-resolution photos. Must be the memory card...
