best way to root my S3

Wondering whats the best and easiest way to root my S3 for Verizon..can anybody lead me in the right direction and provide me with links and everything I need?? Thanks in advance..

Thanks..I rooted phones in the past..I just wish someone created a root tool kit like Wugs Root tool kit for the Galaxy Nexus..it just made everything so much easier..but this root tool kit tutorial you.provided doesn't seem so bad..so do you know if this is a pretty recent one?
