Battery Use Screen

First of all, I'm not sure this is really a technical issue, so I decided this is the best place to ask it. If it's the wrong place, I apologize.

I've seen images of the battery use screen where more details are shown, such as specific applications using a certain amount of battery. When I check my battery use screen, there are only ever three things that appear: Display, Cell Standby, and Phone Idle. Is there a way to activate more details so that the battery use screen will tell me how much battery a certain application has used or is this just completely dependent on the particular phone you're using?
