Battery Screen

So when I'm charging my phone (off) this battery screen shows up on my DX. How do I make it show up while I'm charging phone (on)? Is there a way to make a charging screen application to mimick that of the i*hone? I just want my screen to stay on while charging and have it show me in BIG Display how much is being charged...Please Help....

I support there might be an app for that. There is no setting for it. Curiosity, why would you want that while your phone is on? The little battery meter in the upper status bar isn't enough?
