Battery life horrible @ 1.2 ghz

Since loading the ICS leak my battery life has been terrible running at 1.2 ghz. I throttled it back to 1000 mhz and my battery life has increased alot. I was getting about 5 hours out of it but since throttling it back this morning, I am still at 70% after 4.5 hours.

When overclocking you lose battery life. Just depends on how you use your phone. If you have a charger available through out the day then keep it at 12. I myself didn't see a benefit from overclocking. Its still fast at stock speed...

i have stock battery, and at 1.2 ghz. pretty moderate use mainly phone calls and text messages. web browsed for a bit and played tip off 21 hours of use for a day. and turning on off out of sleep. id say not bad. View attachment 51727

I am getting around 12 hours moderate use with vzw extended battery. Overclocked 1.2 with screen brightness 100%. No restrictions on battery. Have not even touched smart actions app. I have chargers every where so why place restrictions on phone at all? I enjoy running my bionic at its full potential.

i have never had this kind of battery life until ICS .. i do like the extended battery

"Screen use 13%" suggests you haven't actually been using it much, though.
