App that roots/OCs/multi-touches and tethers for $5

Is there a list somewhere of all the options you have before flashing the ROM? Not a biggie, just curious what decisions I need to make before installation. Don't want to get all caught up during the install and have to do it again...and again

Also from comments I saw is it true the Landscape version of the 2.1 home screen and 2.1 app drawer are still whacked?

I can only access home screen in landscape mode if I open the keyboard It will not access landscape mode by rotating the phone. My .02

That's a given, I wasn't meaning if or how to access Landscape mode.

I mean't when you are in landscape mode (when you open the keyboard) is the 2.1 App drawer still sort of messed up like on previous versions of the 2.1 Launcher ported from the Nexus One that doesn't have landscape mode?

It was mentioned a few pages back that it was still messed up by one user and I was trying to confirm with others.

EDIT: Nevermind, it appears I have my answer..

I'm not sure if other users are having the same problem using the sholesmod, but in landscape mode in 2.1, when I open the apps tab everything is buggy (while in landscape) any app I choose by visual cue launches a different app (although regular home screen has accurate touch response), and the on-screen home icon launches an app as opposed to going back to the home screen. When in vertical mode, the app tab screen has that nice fluid bending-over-edge thing (which disappears for me in landscape as landscape mode kindof zooms in weirdly, at least on my droid)
Is this just me or other users experiencing this?

Lock for an app called "Clock" instead of "Alarm Clock".

If you install the 2.1 deskclock, the old alarm clock app is removed. Look for "Clock" instead of "Alarm Clock" in the app tray.

i have noticed in landscape mode in the app drawer if you click the home button on the screen it opens an app, but thats minor i can hit the home button on my phone

its not seriously the guys at sholes did aall the hard work out of it, the hardest thing you are going to have to deal with is wait, and read and do what camel has in his signature lol

I was acually having that problem before root, part of it was the steel building i work in, but I just switch it to airplane mode and back and it usually fixes it.

figured it out, even though you can not see the apps below they are there. the home icon should not be there.
