Anyone know what preinstalled apps can be turned off yet to increase battery life?

I have my S3 for 5 days now. Updated from the OG.
I love this phone. So much faster and NO reception issues at all.
I am getting poor battery life though.
Has anyone figured out what preinstalled apps are battery hogs yet and can be turned off?

I would download and try this APP for a few hours to see the big offenders of killing the battery.

Can I just disable all the stuff on the list that says it is okay to disable? Wouldn't that take care of the problem since I cannot disable the other stuff anyway?
