Any reasons not to buy Dinc besides battery life?

I am with Verizon and very close to pulling trigger on Dinc. Any other reasons why i should consider another phone besides the battery life on the Dinc?

whats wrong with the battery life? i mean if its that big of a factor, u could always buy an extended battery (Im assuming they make them) or buy another standard one.

I have a DINC and love it........... I wouldn't want any other phone. I had the x for about 2 days and decided it was not for me, and now the wife has it. I didn't like its size, and didn't want to have to root it to use the 3G mobile hotspot without paying for it... which is something you can do with the Incredible.:icon_ banana:

I paid for a 3500 mah Seido extended battery off of ebay and it lasts 2 days easily.

The DI rocks and the battery is not the worst!! Any smartphone of this caliber will have some battery woes!!! I love mine and would buy it again in a heartbeat!!! I get a full day out of my battery.... Seidio 1750 MAH!!!!

Just get a bandoleer and outfit it with extra batteries.

Do what I do, just keep chargers everywhere. I have one at home, on at school, one at work, on at my gfs house, and one in both our cars. I just always feel guilty letting the battery get low, so that's y its good to have a lot of chargers

I am enjoyig my Incredible quite a bit since receiving it in early July. I got a couple HTC 2150 mAh extended batteries and performance with even the standard OEM battery is satisfactory. Only wish Otterbox made a Defender series case that would accomodate the extended battery/phone combo then I would be in heaven!

Both of my coworkers have DINCs, one with the big extended battery, and the other with the standard size extended battery. They are both more than content with the battery life of their phones...

Try one and see how you like it. It could save you some green.

I was a HUGE iPhone fan and swore I would never leave. My g/f's father had been pressing me to switch to Verizon (he works for them). After months of feeling the pressure I thought I would give it a try. I still love my iPhone, but I love the Incredible a little bit more. Get the Seidio 1750 extended battery and you wont have to worry about battery life, plus you dont have to get a new cover for the back. Best decision I made was the switch.

thanks everyone for the feedback, i've been tormenting myself on this decision. the other phone i am looking at is fascinate but not sure about the size of that phone and hate the back of it and how it shows fingerprints so easily.
