I wouldn't try it. People should never apply themes meant for an older version of a rom.

None whatsoever. Works just fine. Just as smooth, if not smoother than 2.2.

Everything is running well for me. Apps restored just fine, save for a few. Only hiccup was gmail auto sync wasn't enabled by default (first time I ever restored it as a market app)

It must be added during the build process. I have been meaning to ask cvpcs what it's tied to. I will get back to you on this when I find out.
