"Always" "Decline"

I have the Droid Incredible and a Kenwood KDCX995 car stereo HU. These two items are not completely compatible. They will connect for BT streaming and calls but the head unit wants to download the phone book and song titles. Every time they connect the phone asks if the stereo can connect to my address book. I click "Always" and "Decline". It refuses that connection and then hands free and BT audio streaming work fine (albeit w/o callers names and song info but the phone shows that info). The issue is that "Always" seems to not apply when selecting "Decline". Any help on making it so the system does not continue to prompt me for this? It happens after every phone call and when first connecting the devices. TIA

I can get the phone to operate properly but I am unable to stream music via Bluetooth.
I have a Kenwood KDC-X995 and had the same issue with a 994.
Anyone?

I was able to verify my contacts downloaded into my phone properly.
I was told it wouldnt work because Verizon stores the contacts "in the cloud"
I copied all my contacts into my SD card, synched the phone and it seemed to work.
