How to install
1. unlock the bootloader and install cubed kernel's boot.img (heres how to)
2. install twrp
3. install rom
4. install speedscript
5. install cubed modules

how to get wifi tether workin
1. select Change Device-Profile
2. pick Generic ICS/JB (wlan0)
3. apply "Routing Fix"

well first off files are in completely different locations lol like the bootanimation. also i have to change alot to make it work in 1080p. im messing around with launchers as well. got everything working stable but i just want to get the lockscreen to accept music widgets. (i believe it has something to do with the resolution) i bet apex doesn't have this problem but i still like launcher 2 better. i really gutted sense in this rom as well so it is much more snappier, i also added dsp manager got flash workin and boy is it responsive (you got to use firefox) ill try speedscript in a bit i just got the phone last night so i been hacking away but its safe to say it is a good rom at this point.

also in settings you want to change the apps button so that it will access settings with a longpress and on top of that i also installed swipe beta cuz it is a really good keyboard. http://beta.swype.com/
furthermore i installed hdwigets and removed the sense weather clock and mms in favor of asop mms. there is only vzw backup assistant left of the vzw apps and nothing else lol. this is really debloated at this point. i still will attempt to remove a bit more

prob will im just making a squeeky clean base first. im uploading v 1.2.3 right now. im basically cleaning it up using a trial and error method. alot of these apps are unfamiliar to me cuz its htc. i removed the nag partitions' images so when you plug in the phone it wont ask you to install stuff. also deleted the framework for the stock weather app. it was a whopping 25 mb.

-v1.2.4 is being uploaded. its coming together nicely at this point. got a quad score of 8731 lol

Couldn't flash it, it said there was an error opening the file. I wiped a few times before trying to flash it.

Is there anyway you can add a hostfile to block ads because adaway and adware can't write it to the system because it's locked by s-on security.

My quadrant went down from 9500 to 8453, but it seems smoother. I like the fact there are nearly 100 less apps. Before it would say upgrading 270 apps, now it's around 180.
