Check your build number, this has been clarified multiple times throughout the week. If your build number is ESD56, you have the most recent up-to-date build.

ah ok lol I guess this us what I get for not paying attention to the update thread (I couldn't help it though the thread was making me antsy lol). It's still weird though as my build is indeed the latest but the last time I updated was in december with a manual update...
