I heard that as well, but I've seen more posts that said 56 is the latest.
Bottom line is, nobody actually knows anything...except the people that aren't saying a damn word...

Anybody else feel like, when you click check for updates, the phone jumps to the depressing "system is up-to-date" screen way too fast? I'm pretty sure it doesn't even check anything...:icon_evil:
They don't know anything either. We need someone in upper management...The guy that signed the deal with Google/Motorola/HTC in the first place...

You will need to root your phone and install it yourself.
I feel bad everyone is so excited when there was not one notice that this update was actually going to happen. The only reason todays date was circulating was because of these sights saying and wishing it so much that some began to believe it was true.
Most people should not install their own version, they should wait for the official update to come in the future. But don't wait up all night until you get official notice of the update.
Miami will know when it's coming at about the same time everyone will know. "when it is announced"
It could be a while yet.

As I've said before, I stayed up this late because I work midnights and am up this late normally anyway, but you're completely right.

Yeah, I'm finally leaving the waiting line. Haha! If there's an update when I wake up, I'll enjoy playing with it.
