Will all apps work with ICS in the new Nexus or do developers have to tweak?

I'm gonna go with all apps will work with ICS

No sense in making a whole new OS if they're just gonna ignore backward compatibility.

exactly my point. wouldnt make sense to make a new os that doesnt work with the apps. splits all the phones apart.

I'm going to go with - some apps will not work with ICS. However, I do predict that developers will offer updates to apps quickly. That is what we encountered with the Bionic. There were apps that would not immediately work with 2.3.4, but now do.
