Most likely you have an infection on your system, and it is throwing out packets everywhere.

Go to www.malwarebytes.org, download the program, install in safe mode and run a full scan, remove everything it finds, then reboot.

Try clearing your cache on your Droid.
menu > settings > applications > manage applications > menu > filter > all > go to the browser and clear your cache. Also clear any history from the browser settings. Cookies and all.
