What networks will Unlocked AT&T S4 Work on?

Not going to work on Verizon. Verizon has a bank of their own ESN/MEID/IMEI numbers and they do not allow foreign ESN/MEID/IMEI numbers on their network. If it is unlocked, you could use it on Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, T-mobile, or Family Mobile.

Unlocked gsm phones will work on gsm carriers like att, t mobile, i think it might work on straight talk but do not quote me.

The AT&T S4 will work on T-Mobile, but will be somewhat handicapped from a data standpoint, depending on what frequencies are supported in your area.

I have ours on Straight Talks $45 plan, everything works great as far as that goes. A guy wants to buy mine and wanted to know if it worked for Verizon.

If yours was a gsm version (att or tmobile) then it will not work on vzw.
