what is easiest way to back up?

My daughter and I are not having alot of problems after the ota, but would like to factory reset our phones. She is mostly worried about her music which she got from her I tunes. And I am worried about my pics and resetting up my k9 mail. If I remember right my contacts were saved with Verizon. What is the easiest way u have found to do this. The market saves your apps right? And u just have to put them back on?

I used an app from the market called "my backup". Worked great for me. And fyi...if the music is on the SD, the FDR won't touch it.

I've had my back up for the past yr or so and my backup pro the past 8 months. It has worked in the past four data files. When I just used it after loading the ics leak, I had to restore each category. When I tried "restore all" a LOT of data was missed. Fortunately I caught this while the back up info was still available.
