After years of using this app with great Success it now needs some attention.

Just had to replace my m8 with a new one due to the infamous random dock mode problem, went to migrate my data and it totally hosed my contacts, thank god for Google's restore contacts feature.

I have learned that My Backup Pro isn't so great. In fact it's a rip-off imho.

It's has always worked for me, but I was still able to recover my contacts from google so no big deal.

I think it has something to do with the limits on contact deletions in a certain period of time that google now imposes with lollipop.

Backup pro wipes the existing contacts then re-populates it with the backup.

I just know better the next time not to restore contacts from my backup pro when I run a restore and just do the apps and data.
