Volume issues while talking on the phone

hi i am new to this forum
recently i've been playing with my droid and i guess i pushed something
now every time i talk on the phone, hearing voice is low and i cannot hear other person talking
how do you raise the volume

On the right side of the phone, near the top are a pair of rocker buttons. Press up to raise volume or down to lower volume during in-call to adjust volume.

Do you have a screen protector on your Droid? Is it covering the earpiece?

lol i havent noticed it till you mentioned it, my screen cover was covering the earpiece.... thanks haha
