Verizon has really gone down hill.

    Verizon was supposed to credit my November bill $50 because of all the data connection problems on this bionic but now I just got a VM saying the data connection seems to be better and they decided to only give me $16. This phone still looses the data connection. After calling and complaining, they said they are sending me a new phone. So if this doesn't work I'm just going to go back to Sprint.

    I'd actually go into a verizon store and plead your case, especially compared to someone over the phone. Dealing with it in person is more personal and the reps listen better imo.

    I replaced my OG Droid twice and has no problems with CS when in the store. Left a happy customer everytime.

    Thanks for the advice. I don't really like the local store here in Maumee, OH. I just don't think it would be.much better.

    Kind of off topic but there's a promotion going one right now where you simply call and ask about doubling your data limit for free. So instead of 5gb you get 10gb for $50. It was posted in the news section.
