Upgrade in Nov, what to do what to do!

Alright, I got the Droid 1 on launch day, November of last year! I am eligible for my upgrade in November and I am DEFINITELY sticking with an Android phone, but that is where my certainties stop! It will definitely be between either:

Droid X
Samsung Fascinate
Whatever phone Moto Rolls out for the holiday (Rumored Droid Pro)
Maybe a different Android phone not heard of yet

What do you guys think?

Pro's and Con's of each in your opinion? Thanks!

I've been sitting on an update since the Incredible was released : )

Early next year will be a good time to update.

I can also upgrade using my son's eligible line (he has a Boulder and is 16 years old - end of that story). But, I'm holding out until Q1 2011 also. Not sure but probably upgrading to an LTE phone, but my final decision will be after we hear what the data packages will be.

Yes and no. They are, but the phones are being rooted anyway. The locked bootloader will be totally cracked shortly (according to Cyanogen - the main android dev).
