Stuck on M

Hello,
I have a Motto E Droid through Straight talk. Recently my droid began not with opening my apps. I cleared all cache data and restarted droid. No avail. I removed recent apps and restarted droid. No avail. I tried to reset but confirmation would not go through and froze on page, I tried to restart again. Now I am in limbo on the M page, somewhere between on and off. LOL Help Please and Thank you in advance.

Have you tried booting into the recovery menu and doing a factory reset from there? You will lose all personal data, but it may be your only option.

I am stuck on M screen. Not sure how I would do that? Please explain? I am willing just not able. Thank you for responding.

Can you power the phone down with the power button? That's the first step.

No I can not. It is stuck M screen between turning on or off and will not let me power on or off.

I would take battery out but this modal the battery is permanent.

Yes I have tried. I am trying to let in run out of power in an attempt to restart it again.
