moto's site clearly states that the D4 is still in the development stage and that rollout is anticipated to begin in Q3 of this year. where did you get your information?

Motorola forum. When I was on there they had testing as the current stage. Release was just a guess based on the information I had read on their forum and everything I've. Heard from talking to the intelligent techs at verizon stores.

Ics is supposed to be out in quarter 4 of this year. This according to everything I've read so far. Last I saw it was still in the testing phase (that's the 3rd of 4) guessing on late september to mid october is when were going to start seeing the roll out process.

i dont know where u read that everything passed out says quarter 3

Let's not forget that we're in the middle of q3. Q4 doesn't start until sept. So moto basically has 30-60 days to still meet q3 predictions (even if rollout officially begins q4, they would meet release targets by end of q3)
