I'm at 82% only being unplugged for 2 hours.

Sent from my Nexus 6P

I'm at 87% and been uplugged for almost 2 hours, but I'm already seeing some doze action in my battery stats. Didn't use my phone for the first part of work here. Now, I've had a chance to close my office door and play a couple quick little games and check on my packages, but it'll flatten back out again here soon.

I'm actually impressed that it dozes so quickly. I was under the impression that it'd have to sit still a lot longer before going into doze mode.
IDK, seems a bit weak to me guys. I just hit 87% and my 1 1/2 y/o device has been unplugged for over 6 hours. Perhaps I'm missing the fascination with your doze feature.

Hey! Get that outta here! This thread is for 6P battery life. And sure, it's been unplugged for 6 hours, but it doesn't look like you've done hardly anything with it the entire time. Little bit of Tapatalk.

:) Don't be jealous of my antique!
Besides, someone has to derail all these 6P threads. Just wait until February.... you'll be scrolling to the bottom of the forum trying to find anything Nexus related.

Some sleeping. Mostly not being used. The huge drop near 8am is me using Waze, hotspot and google music.

The battery life on this thing is pretty stellar. I got 5 hrs of screen on time in a +24 hour period and still had almost 30% left.

I'd really hate to think how quick my battery would die without Doze though. I realize just not having the screen on makes a big difference, but those plateaus in battery usage when it's just sitting idle are the only thing that gets me through the day.

Still lasting better than my Note 4 batteries did with similar usage though and I still make it to bedtime with a bit of juice left.
