Sleep of death

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of the sleep of death? Its the only problem I have w sc 2.9.2 and it happens every 30 min unless the phone is plugged in charging.

My problem was a rogue app, I tracked it down to Youmail, once removed it no longer happened.

I would also recommend moving on to the debloated EC01 rom, radio Just flash it in CWR, make sure to wipe cache and dalvik.

Funny you mention Youmail. I use that program too. I'll try uninstalling it and see what happens.

My SOD problems were a result of SetCPU. Apparently it doesn't like having profiles set. Once I disabled them, no more SOD.

Well I uninstalled youmail and upgraded to the new ec01 and now no more sleep of death....so im happy! That was the only thing I couldnt stand about my phone other than the horrendous radio signal I get. Ec01 seems slightly better for that but not a huge difference.

I installed SetPCU and put my settings at min. 200mhz. No more SOD and i still could use Youmail.

Did the same thing still got SOD, every phone is different.

Ive just stopped using youmail altogether and deleted my account. It was a cool app...but im noy willimg to keep that over the functionality of my phone.
