A few questions...

I have a few questions for you guys. First
If I want to install a boot animation I just flash it like a theme right? Second, is there a nexus s boot. animation? And do I have to reinstall SC with Odin to get rid of some of the things from my previous theme that aren't themed with my new theme or do I reset?

Boot animations go in /system/media

I believe the CommunityRom has the nexus S boot animation so you could download it and extract the files and place the bootanimation.zip in /system/media (make a copy of the existing boot animation in that folder or rename it to bootanimation.zip.old)

And i've not had the issue of parts of an old theme being left behind when installing a new theme
