I was wondering, can I flash boot animations like themes? And how do I get rid of the themed things from one theme that didn't get themed on my new theme?

Some are flash specific and some you move to system/media and name them bootanimation.zip

Make sure you either delete the old bootanimation.zip or renamed it.
