Eb01 to sc2.9.2?

Newbie question! Have debloated EB01 installed. Want to upgrade to superclean 2.9.2. Do I just flash using Odin like I did when upgrading to froyo2.2?

And if you choose the no-wipe odin file, you wont have to resetup your contacts, email accounts, ect...

Also grab titanium back up.. Go in and run a batch command and click back up all apps and data. Then youll have all your apps/game saves and settings reloaded. Wont even know you flashed your phone. I love it.
