Oh and just to add to this, I don't recall ever having issues in GB. Have a hard time believing it could be the hardware itself. I've read several posts from people reporting this problem claiming to have new phones that had no apps yet. It is very intermittent so maybe just a random bug that appears once in a while? Easy enough to ignore for now i guess.

I will be honest here, I had this issue show up a few times (4 or 5 times maybe), then it just stopped and I haven't had it happen for at a least week to 10 days. I didn't really do anything, it just quit, and I have used the Settings LOTS of times in that time frame. On this phone I am on 3.14.605.12 OTA, never factory defaulted, FWIW.

Sounds like me. Im in settings a lot and mostly works. Gone 5 days without the issue once but hit again. Very random

I too have seen this. I just hit ok then go right back in. Annoying. Hasn't happened in a few days tho...
