Sending ringtones via a text?

How can i send a ringtone to a friend that doesn't have a droid but wants my ringtones? I can't seem to figure it out.

I only know how to do it from handcent. In the message hit the menu button and then attach. Press audio and then the app you are getting the ringtone from. Choose your ringtone and attach it to the message.
